  • Close on the sunny side during the day. If the air on the shadow side is cooler, less humid or same as inside, open that side. If your home is more humid or hot than the sunny side, close it just enough to prevent sun ray for entering.

If the heat is not also damp, put wet clothes next to windows or fan for natural refreshment. You can also spray water on your curtain.

Wear natural fiber, coton or lint. Loose clothes, that does cover you body. This way, the evaporation of sweat cools you down. You will also smell much less than if you are wearing synthetic fibers.

Wash your feet, your face, your forarm with water regularly. Do not use cold water, room-temperature or fresh is better but go all the way to the articulation (ankle, elbow), wash inside and outside and let the water dry on you.

Drink small amount of water regularly. Once again not cold.

Keet your heat cover when you expose yourself to the sun. When you get home change out of your clothes that were heated by the sun.

    Do not over exercice.

Kitchen separating from the living room : 1p
Big windows in all the living area : 1p
    Bathtub : 1p
Entry and passage way : 1p
    Balcony : 1p
    Separated toilet : 1p
Only windows on one side : -1p
No window in the bathroom : -1p

Quite decent but the real question is heat isolation.

Is there space from a laundry machine in the kitchen and will there be enough space for a dishwasher as well?

  • Here’s a human-generated summary
Thank you for doing that for us :-)

There is a balance to find I believe. I find people follow the principle of “refuse, reduce, reuse” truly and adopt plastic only when it is a significantly better choice than an other material, we would be in a much better situation.

But then there would still be the issue of the giagantus amont of plastic waste we would still have to deal with from the past and honestly, I’m not use there is a way to tackle them.

  • Agree. That’s the reason why I try to not obsess over my plastic consumption. I avoid single use plastic my best but there is sometimes when the choice of plastic and of single use is just better. It takes me a few year for me to finish a small of cling wrap but how unpractical it would be never use any! Same with reusable plastic, not the best for environnemental and health perspective but unbeatable for weight, plus not breakable and cheap.

The point for industry is the same as for people: we should try to find the right material for the right conditions while avoid overconsumption and wastefullness and keep single use for case with no other solution.
But do just that while be a lot of work already.

  • Being married doesn’t need to cost anything. You could not organizing any kind of célébration. You could stop at a dinner with the guests you can host at home. Or do a big party on a yacht with firework. It doesn’t matter.

Getting married is officializing to society that the person you love is your family. Building a link separed from love that could fade and vary with time.

This link make also easier to share advantage that is usually reserve to one. Patrimoine, possession, inheritance, joined whatever. It give you the right to make décision in the name of your SO in hard times. If they had an accident, if they are missing or having a dire disease.

Many people fear prénuptial contract but it is the best way to build a marriage in a way to have all the advantage without the dependance. And realising that a relationship might end and that each should be fearly treated without having to fight for it doesn’t equated douting a relationship. If you don’t fear séparation, you can sign anything. Right ?

  • Legumes spreads are great as sauces in sandwich or in pasta and also for dips. You can buy premade houmous and adjust the seasoning or cook any legume and blend it with your favorites spices, herbs and condiment. Here is my favorite recipe:
I blend cooked brown lentils with a bit of dried tomatoe and bell pepper preserved in oil (or just the oil) some onions (sauté), a bit of dried garlic, tomato paste and harissa. Paprika, cumin and a bit of tumeric. All proportions to taste. I make it more runny either buy adding more oil or some water.
