I think united states is envious of chairman Mao and wants to have their own cultural revolution too. Already had the military parade that outshone that of President Xi. Now have to outdo him in killing academics and intellectuals.

As an amateur history reader, particularly the late Roman Empire (Byzantium), i found this fascinating. Favourite phrase? the “protestantianisation of Islam!”
Isnt that the intent? leave the new industries to China and Europe so united states can become steam punk. Fortunately 40% of united states voters approve big time
Fortunately 40% of united states voters approve of this admin so they’ll welcome fossil fuel heaven for a few more decades, until New Orleans is permanently flooded
lots of folks in my circle also boycotting american products and services. in the cross hairs here are Amazon, Google, any american food, booze, clothing, cars, etc. Most in my circle dont watch american news. its depressing to see a country descend into third world status so quickly

This is a very interesting read. I have been sitting on a decision to either go batteries to reduce my own demand on the grid versus a VPP. Just like how banks need you to have a phone to be able to partake in the payments infrastructure. In my country banks are closing atms and branches.
No wonder the volunteered for military service.
