I’m thinking of using a med to treat C-PTSD.

I have daily traumatic flashbacks.

How do I get rid of this?

    See a doctor ASAP, and the book will help you alongside some medication.

      I already take medication, but thank you.

      I will have to take anti-trauma medication though, which I’m not taking.
