Ironically the only way we know about this is because New York Magazine posted the uncropped photo in the article, at least online.
So yeah they edited out the black people in the cover to make it seem like it was a white people hype party, they’re not entirely hiding the black people from the picture.
Looks like there are some other cool, high-quality pictures from the event in the article but it’s paywalled.
