Whoa I noticed the eyes are not drawn on the faces. Is this the same artist as the other guy who usually feature a guy wearing a blue hat backwards? Or is there another artist who does this :o

Huh, I hadn’t noticed that until you pointed it out. I haven’t seen this artist before, it was just sent to me by a friend and I thought I’d share it here. What a peculiar creative choice.
It’s not an unheard of choice. Many cartoons have their characters’ eyes sort of bulging out of their head. It’s only one more step to just have them outside of the body completely.
