I was disappointed, honestly, it felt like one long dragonball z fight. People constantly getting punched into walls, nobody ever gets a lasting injury

When Maria gets angry and kills her father she should have died. Her dragon is a manifestation of rage and hatred, something that she couldn’t control. It should have consumed her. That would have been perfectly fitting for the universe of Castlevania. I love her character but they missed a great opportunity there.
