minus-squareTaleya@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·13 days agoOrange juice freezes spectacularly jsyk. I like to make ice cubes
minus-squareDuenan@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up5·13 days agoI’ll probably just end up eating them. They’re fairly big oranges and I lack a juicer too.
minus-squareTaleya@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·13 days agoAlways worth having a little jug juicer for citrus, but delicious oranges are delicious
minus-squareTheWitchofThornbury@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up5·13 days agoChop them in half across the equator, let the cut surfaces dry a bit then sprinkle with sugar and put under the grill until the sugar melts and goes a bit brown. Eat with a spoon. It’s the perfect antidote to a rich heavy meal. Thank me later.

minus-squareCatfish@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up1·13 days agoCutting them in half and whacking with a mallet is good enough for brewing juice…,
minus-squareCatfish@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up2·13 days agoWell yes, but if you do it in minimal attire in a bathtub you might get secondary income as well as home brew
minus-squareDuenan@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up3·13 days agoI’m not sure I’ll recoup the cost of a mallet from that alone. Might be a bust.

Sounds messy.
