Should old boost users who have paid for boost for reddit, get the premium by default??

No and I say this as someone who had premium.
They’re two different apps. This isn’t as easy as copy and pasting all the code. There’s a reason it took a couple months to release this app. All that new work.
What you’re asking for would be like saying to Toyota you deserve their new model for free because you bought the 2016 version.
+1 This shouldn’t even be something people need to ask.
But I’m assuming that this is the first version so maybe the dev will make it happen in an upcoming update
