I will say, even though Locutus is who killed Jennifer, Sisko did seem to harbor some distrust/hatred towards Picard. He still may blame him somewhat.
Oh yeah. He harbored resentment toward Picard for years. Irrational, sure. As was mentioned in yesterday’s Sisko discussion, by the time he’d moved on, he had much greater concerns at hand. A simple subspace message relayed to JL might have been warranted.
Sisko, seconds before leaving the runabout: “Computer, send a message to Captain Picard on the Enterprise. We good.” exits quickly because he’s got an appointment with Ducat to reenact the gollum-frodo fight
