You typically need insurance to get the real info. But for anyone who actually needs a stepping stone there’s a great video called Essential Ideas for Parents on yt. It’s a presentation given by a Dr. Barkely who is a leading expert on the topic of ADHD. It’s a long watch but if you can struggle through he makes the information incredibly straight forward and digestible

They make a fair point but I will say just seeing people on TikTok talk about their life experiences has helped me personally so much
TikTok isn’t great, but it’s hardly the “worst spyware”.

Here is the report itself regarding TEMU and how it actually IS spyware.
I think in this particular case the problem isn’t so much the spyware side of things as the content of the videos, and the trends which makes videos popular on tiktok, which aren’t conducive to the promotion of factual content at all.
