        Sanders. First names are for kids and dudes next door. Bernie Sanders deserves the respect of an adult.

        Dems do this to themselves with this first name crap. Notice how zero republicans refer to Trump as “Donald”.

        Whoever convinced the democrats to start doing this was probably working for the republicans.
