A year with 366 days and ending in “024” won’t happen for another thousand years.
Interestingly, the years 2100, 2200, 2300, and 2400 won’t be leap years, but IIRC, the years 2500, and 3000 will be.
It’s a leap year if it’s:
divisible by 4
AND
( not divisible by 100 OR
divisible by 250
)
There are more rules than that, but yeah
