Off the top of my head the ones I like most are from Mexico, Japan, the UK, Russia, and some of the Euro coins. Is there a source where I could just browse the various coins in regular circulation in the world? I started searching on Google, but I got a bunch of results for weird novelty coins from Somalia.
We have an ANZAC coin in NZ. Here’s a pic and a link for more info:

I enjoyed Algeria, Ethiopia and Egypt
OMG Aruban coins come in square?!
that link is so much fun!
edit: there are a couple different square coins. I want to have one for myself now. :)
Oh, nice, thank you!
The Ningi is a galactic unit of currency, valued at one eighth of a Triganic Pu. A Ningi is a triangular rubber coin six thousand eight hundred miles along each side. Galactibanks refuse to deal in Ningis, declaring them “fiddling small change.”

I love the look of pesos. They look like Canadian coins but with more badass.
Nobody gonna mention the pennies in Belize? That’s the only coin I can think of with wavy edges and it’s so fun
Not sure what counts as ‘regular’ circulation. But there’s a Canadian ‘toonie’ in circulation that has a glow in the dark Aurora on it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2017/06/27/canada-released-glow-in-the-dark-coin-150-year-anniversary.html
