    this looks fairly generic to me. Alien killing humans in space. I don’t see what’s new? Admittedly watched it on phone on a bus.

        Alien franchise? Yep, that’s the gist of it and I’m excited. Wouldn’t be surprised by a let down, but I’m going in eager to find out.

      It looks very much like they are just trying to hit notes from the first two films.

      I am yet to be interested in this. For better or worse, most films in the franchise took unique directions, but this looks more like a trendy remake of the original.
