- Brush and bathe
- Eat breakfast
- Lay on bed
- It’s noon
- Eat lunch
- Lay on bed
- It’s evening
- Bath
- Eat dinner
- Sleep poorly
That’s my entire cycle, since the last two years. No job, no social interaction, no outdoor activity. My eyes glued to the screen.
