I’m called a Nazi because I happily am proud of white culture. But every day I think fondly of the brown king Cyrus the Great who invented the first ever empire, and the Japanese icon Murasaki Shikibu who wrote the first novel ever. What if humans just loved each other? History teaches us that we have all been, and always will be - great
read the whole thread, her responses are even worse
She’s 35 and her sum total understanding of culture and race has lead to this. I think she has been effectively a Nazi from way back.
OTOH, she also has said things like that she’s a socialist but believes in free markets rather than government intervention, so it’s probably fair to say that she’s not the sharpest egg in the attic
she’s a lying fascist. “nah I’m actually the socialists and here’s what real socialism looks like” is one of the oldest moves in the fascist playbook. she’s very bad at it, but it still did its job and convinced a lot of folks who don’t know any better that she was the leftist who would fix musk by giving him dmt or whatever
Real socialism has a little nationalism in it
Key exception when that nationalism is resisting imperialism, like in Vietnam.
(yes, tho i was more making a joke about how “nazism” is shorthand for “national socialism”)
Ok sure, so she’s an idiot nazi then, and has been for a while.
Can you honestly say there is any other kind of nazi?
I really do want to participate in this snark and agree, but unfortunately there are at least two kinds of nazis: credulous folk (like grimes) that lack the wherewithal to critically assess fascist ideology, and people ideologically motivated to be nazis (e.g. rich capitalists), who can be “smart”, for many definitions/synonyms of smart.
boot Nazis and tie Nazis
unfortunately I don’t think being smart does anything to prevent people from going fash
I think, I feel sorry for her, in the kind of I don’t really endorse or have anything to do with sort of way.
She is the limit of what happens when you idolize certain people, are betrayed by certain people, and never grow from that experience.
you’d think she was some sort of trust fund baby artist white woman
