Technically he’s not allowed to drive for two years but that is such a small punishment for trying to ram a bicyclist with your car—Something that could very reasonably kill them. Yeap, it is so frustrating! If you discharge a firearm in a busy street, even if you didn’t hit anyone, I doubt they’d say “Well you probably shouldn’t own a gun for say a year or two, but after that, have at it, I mean you’re otherwise a top bloke!” Super frustrating!
