    Back in the day, the Bush administration increasingly understood it couldn’t do much about China because they needed the money to keep interest rates low. The Trump administration has decided it can bully Europe into submission while needing Europe’s money to keep interest rates low.

    America is going to come to regret this.

      Not just that, but also military power. Europe has six aircraft carriers and more then enough ships to form large battle groups. Even better shipyards able to produce a lot more. Also a powerfull airforce and army, which absolutly is able to make a huge difference in any US China war.

        I’m not as negative as others are in regards to European armed forces, but you really shouldn’t count on our aircraft carriers. They’re kinda ridiculous.

      Easier said than done I’m afraid. I’ll be happy to cancel Netflix, but all companies i know of are still buying licenses and hardware from US suppliers, because of momentum. Switching is simply too expensive.
