I don’t have my Vyvanse. I abused it initially at the beginning of my 90-day refill and went over and now I’m asking for an emergency refill and… Yeah…

It’ll be a month until I get Vyvanse again.

I used it to get through a scary time in my life, but I’m through it now.

But now I have no Abilify (lost it) and Vyvanse (until next month).

I will say this: being without Vyvanse is not as bad as I thought it would be.

And the cannabis gummies I’m taking sort-of ease things (if anyone knows any that cuts through brain fog or make me think clearer, let me know).

But honestly, it was my own damn fault.

And now I’m switching to BlueCross BlueShields because I have no insurance; the Abilify refill cost $2,000 without my old insurance.

Again, I accept that it was my own fault, but I’m glad that I at least was able to get a job.

Thanks, everyone, for cheering me on in getting that job.

It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I’m not sure if there is a therapy for withdrawal, but someone in my family is seeing if they can find a “withdrawal therapist” while I wait till mid-February for my Vyvanse pill refill.

Yeah, you gotta be careful with drugs like these. The potential for abuse is high, they don’t lie about that. I took that for a bit and I took adderall in different forms and I tended to abuse it.

I’m glad I don’t have access to it anymore personally because I have such little self-control. That is also why I no longer drink any alcohol whatsoever, because once I start I won’t stop until I black out.

I don’t know your situation and I don’t know you, but if you’re having issues like that, you might want to reconsider whether you actually need those drugs to function or if you might be better off without them. Or maybe there is something that can help that doesn’t have that potential for abuse.

      You’re right.

But I feel… I mean, I just feel that I need the Vyvanse to work a job.

And now my Mom has mouthed off to the psychiatrist that I was abusing my Vyvanse initially for a few weeks when I first got my job.

I just want to have the option, you know?

I don’t want it gone for good.

You need the abilify more, for everything. To be honest, I’m not sure Vyvanse without abilify* is a good idea, by any stretch of the imagination.

If you can find a strain that’s a mix of THC/CBD/CBG - that worked really well for me to stay functional.

Maybe ask the doctor if you can get Methylphenidate based medication instead of Amphetamine based ones if you tend to snort the pills that often
