    No this list is just bad because they only include a select big cities. If this was a proper list it would be dominated by Dutch cities. It also just looks at what policies have been bolstered about, not how they have been implemented. For example, I’ve lived in Ghent for 10+ years now, but grew up in Utrecht. And if Ghent gets 67 points, Utrecht should get like 700 points. But because Ghent banned cars in the center and made one big bike parking they somehow get a high score. But the rest of the city is just terrible imho. But maybe I’m just spoiled growing up in Utrecht, who knows. But I’ve often complained about bike infrastructure in Ghent in those last ten years.
