Yeah in thought about lower but as it is I’ll walk into it with my head and lower would have left the PowerPoint etc exposed. I’ll see how it goes can always lower it in the future.

A cheap tarp cut to size and a roll of duct tape to make a sleeve to go over it when not in use?
That’s a great idea, I might try sort that out this weekend. My wife likes sewing might see if she can make one from an old bed sheet or something so it’s less scratchy
