The ACA cap on healthcare insurance companies profit margin has created this perverse incentive where doctors and insurance companies will continue to over do procedures in order to make more money for both of them, I think the intention was good but in reality it creates this really bad dynamic.

Also if we could build more housing that would be great, never gonna happen though
