Seems like when medics finally did get to her she still had a pulse. She was probably going to die anyways, but the fact they prevented medical care is just abhorrent.
Medics reached her after 15 minutes though; that’s a lot when one has a gunshot wound in the chest and head. Maybe she could still be alive if she received help faster.
I figured that when descriptions said she was bleeding out. Head wounds in a sitting person don’t bleed out unless there is a pulse.
