    If they start to slow down on immigration for doctors, then what will be considered a “doctor” will become a loose term.

    You’ll be able to practice medicine with your 5 hour course through the Amazon classroom certification system.

      Already happening in the UK with physician assistants being rebranded as “physician associate”

      The fact we don’t train enough doctors to even replace the numbers retiring, and rely on brain draining the third world is crazy.

    It’ll start with more midlevels for the poor folk and more “medical tourism” for the rich. But if pressure keeps building and hospitals are willing to fund schools or the students just don’t enroll, we’ll see med school tuition eventually get “discounted” and then actually drop.
