    I wouldn’t say permanently, I mean France and Germany have overcome a lot in the last century.

    But for the next several decades absolutely. Maybe I’m being a bit pedantic

      It did take Germany losing the war and being forced a democratic constitution and systematic anti-nazi campaigning for them to overcome it though.

      Russia still denies they ever did anything bad against… Anyone, basically. That could happen to the US as well if they don’t actually reach the bottom first.
