Sure, but the context isn’t about the ability, its about the accessibility (ease of doing the thing) and the tacit endorsement of the act.
Saying “yeah but {X} can also do that” isn’t really relevant here.
Where how and when ? All i saw on that subject was that x said they will pursue the ppl making illegall use of their tool. Im pretty sure the issue was incompetence rather than malice. But if you have something that proove malice i would love to see it
