I know it’s better in theory than Reddit but maaaaan it’s so lonely here sometimes! So many communities are just a ghost town. It’s so bad that I (normally a lurker) am motivated enough to get out of my cave and post. We need more active text only post subs cause I’m just soo sick of news links :/ we also need more active friend making subs fr.

    Yeah, I consider that a good thing! And fact is, even some of the smaller communities I post to, like [email protected] , [email protected] , and [email protected] end up having a core of like 3-4 contributors plus various other occasional posters. It’s nice having people to talk to without having a flood of people you don’t recognize.
