        It was just printed on her podium. Doesnt matter where it comes from. Nasty shit coming from the head of a powerful institution. Maybe it was a bad move leaving those laying around.

            No it doesnt, not verbatim. It may capture Nazi ethos and actions but it is not a direct quote from what I can dig up. A similar spanish quote was apparently used by Spanish fascists in the 1930s, “Uno de los nuestros vale por todos los vuestros”, which is pretty much the same thing. But the factoid everyone seems to be passing around about an SS Officer being killed is incorrect.

                Here’s a historical analysis of the question I thought was interesting. Even though the idea that the Nazis coined the specific phrase is baseless, they did threaten and practice that sort of retaliation.
