There’s no cop in this image. I see a hero and a thug. The USA has no police, just uniformed gang members.

Don’t make the same mistake Logan did. If you see a uniformed thug coming at you, you shoot first, ask questions never.

I almost agree to your initial statement. The hero’s the standard human on the bottom working to preserve order and law, and the guy on top is the thug who attacked the Hulk.

I really just don’t particularly like Wolverine as a character, if I’m perfectly honest. Plus, Wolverine is never unarmed. Even if he’s in one of the phases where he doesn’t have adamantium, he has bone claws.

So if i don’t particularly like you, and you have fists that can be used as weapons, does that make me a hero if i was to shoot you for no other reason?

Not sure I’m 100% on board with that way of thinking

I mean, if your fists have foot-long swords in them and you’re a known menace, yeah, bringing greater force makes sense to me. I’m not judging this as a real-world situation. I’m judging this as an average human NYPD officer dealing with government assassin, killer, and general cause of mayhem Wolverine.
