Posobiec, speaking from Minneapolis, insisted that “Bolsheviks” were “radicalizing the moms out in the suburbs, out in middle America.”
“Think about these two women who showed up yesterday,” he said of Good and her wife, Rebecca Brown Good. “One is dead. One, by the way, I would argue, is complicit in the killing, is complicit in the killing of Renee Good… This was a planned operation under the felony murder rule,”

And yet, the felony murder laws in this country are so fucked up, that she could feasibily be convicted.
They’ll do anything to start a riot. They need it to cancel elections.
That seems incredibly unlikely. She wasn’t a part of the altercation at all, aside from being a bystander.
The real issue here is that the officer can probably just be pardoned even if something does happen to him.
Not if they bring State charges, which funny enough might be more likely now that the FBI locked out local authorities.
They might have made an unpardonable conviction more likely — because they’re fucking idiotic fascists.
(Hence “probably” since IANAL and I have no clue what state charges they can prosecute)
I hope you’re right, fear you’re wrong.
Felony murder has been stretched pretty far in the past.
