    When citizens are accused of a crime, they are given the presumption of innocence as afforded by due process.

    Really? Because what I’ve seen is a bunch of jackbooted thugs grabbing everyone brown and tossing them out of the country into places like CECOT with zero regard to due process. But what do I know? I just trust my lying eyes.

      Oh but there’s no presumption of citizenship or that the papers you hand them may be legitimate… It’s fucking bs, but that’s often their excuse
