    Stories of white women being brutalized have always pulled at Americans heart strings.

    If decades of school kids getting shot in their schools doesn’t motivate Americans to take action, I’m not hopeful that this will either.

    I really want my cynicism to be proven wrong, but after watching the Americans for over 50 years, I don’t expect it will be.
