is it starting to become clearer, that the law is there to protect them from you, not the other way around?

      Wilhoit’s law:

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.

They think law and order means using the law to preserve the order.

I saw the fucking video this was cold blooded murder. He was playing on his phone the whole time. Even after shooting her he stands calmly puts in gun back in his holster and continues looking at his phone. Never once was he in any danger.

This is the first article about the issue that I’ve seen, that actually gets the headline mostly right with ‘public execution.’ I would still have gone with ‘horrific intentional manslaughter,’ but I’ll take what I can get.

Manslaughter typically indicates a lack of murderous intent. Like you might be charged with vehicular manslaughter for accidentally killing someone in a car wreck if their death was due to your negligence. This is what constitutes manslaughter in Minnesota

This armed pig, after issuing conflicting orders to a completely harmless and unarmed woman (pigs told her to get out of the car but also to leave the scene according to witnesses and video evidence), proceeded to shoot her in the head through the windshield and then 3 more times through the open passenger window as her likely lifeless body rolled by.

That is murder. His intent was to kill her. It was not lawful conduct in his role as a cop. It was not policy or protocol. It was not self defense. It was intentional. It was murder.

      Minnesota 1st degree murder statute

      Minnesota 2nd degree murder statute

Based on the statutes and the lack of premeditation (this happened in the moment, the pig didn’t know Reneé before the incident), he should be tried (and convicted) for 2nd degree murder.

At this stage I think keeping an eye on the USA antics is in everyone’s best interest.

It is exhausting, but the other option is personal media hiatus
