It’s ongoing, it just happens very very slowly — the Chinese govt officially denies it of course.
It’s just I can’t find any mentioning of it anywhere. Could you provide a source for further reading?
Most of the sources I can find are Indian so you do need to be aware of that, but look up ‘China illegal settlements Nepal’.
