So unless I’m missing something, a trans person was jacking off in the stall of women’s locker room. They were not subtle. People were not happy. This trans person also subsequently became violent with a PF employee.
Like, this is not okay behavior whether you are cis or trans. Shitty people are making this a trans issue, and that sucks. But this behavior can’t be excused just because the offender was trans either.
I believe it’s engagement bait. No one I can see quoted in the article says it’s “transphobic” other than the woman who reported it, who was afraid of being labeled as transphobic. But the title starts with it in quotes.
Masturbating in a public restroom is illegal and unethical. Doesn’t really matter who’s doing it.
It’s funny because even the BoredPanda commenters are like “this is a stupid article” and I didn’t expect that for some reason.
Seems like facilities with public showers (especially dorms, but also gyms) face the problem of legitimate users masturbating in the restroom a lot.
