Describe the issue: I added alt text to a post. I’m not sure if I put the alt text in originally, but certainly when editing the post and trying to add alt text it is just disappearing on submit.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a post with an image
2. Edit it and add alt text
3. Observe the alt text is not appearing and editing it again shows no alt text
