It’s not that misleading. When Luigi was first brought to NYC, his “entourage” included the mayor and the police commissioner, and an enormous contingent of heavily militarized soldiers/LEOs crowding around him. His blazing orange jumpsuit almost glowed.

It backfired badly. The first time I saw that photo, it had the caption “Jesus being led to Pontius Pilate by the Roman Praetorian Guard.”
