Yeah, I guess Caesar salad could be vegan. If you don’t put Caesar dressing on it. But then is it really Caesar salad?
Right? Like Half the dressings ingredients are animal based. Eggs/ mayo, anchovies and Worcestershire sauce
What is Worcestershire sauce made of? I always thought it was basically soy sauce.
Caesar salad isnt vegan they use coddled eggs in the sauce
There are also anchovies in the dressing, traditionally, further disqualifying it from vegan-ness.
