Any Aldi Ive gone to in Australia is the same quality as any other supermarket. Albeit with rip-off names of most things, but 90% of the time they’re literally from the same factory as the original.
In Australia as well, there’s only 4 or 5 items I can’t get a much cheaper alternate that’s of equivalent quality from the larger supermarkets. So we shop at ALDI every couple of days, and visit the others once every couple of weeks.

I worked at a food manufacturer that supplied to Aldi. Literally our same product, just an Aldi created label with their branding.
