I honestly don’t know how they gonna cast Ghanima and Leto II for a movie on the sequels, i really hope they skip, at least some parts from the Children of Dune
Given that they skipped Pauls sister in Parts 1 and 2, it would provably happen something similar.
My biggest concern is that Dennis said he would only direct until Dune Messiah, not more. Don’t know the reasons but i suspect the fact that it gets much crazier its the reason
I first saw the first and second parts and then read the books, really happy I did. I really enjoyed the movies, they are a cinematic treat to the senses. Storywise I prefer the books by a long shot.
Third book things start to get real interesting! But yeah, like someone replied, Dune Part 3 is based on the Second Book, Dune Messiah

I didn’t watched the movies, they really skipped Alia ? Well, thinking better, it makes sense, but who killed the baron Harkonnen on the movie ?
