ok so, theres 1 camera that i have (The sony mavica fd200) that has a direct usb connection to a computer. lets say i take pictures on another camera, i transfer the floppy disk and battery to the fd200 and plug it into my computer and from there i can access the pictures from there. this also applies to my only battery thats actually working. i have to put it inot my fd200 to charge it since it has a charging port on the side of the camera since i dont have a seperate charging cradle for my np330 battery
That’s more interesting an answer than I was expecting! I didn’t even consider that any floppy disk Mavicas could be modern enough to have USB. The only time I used one of these, you could still assume a floppy drive in every computer.
