Voiceless? They elected a representative that speaks for their behalf. Putin’s literally job is being their voice while they bask in their illicit gains.
Many believe that states and billionaires are mutually antagonistic, despite that fact that they share broadly the same interests.
That means state propaganda worked for those that believe their antagonistic roleplay, instead of the direct lobbying and permission to continue their incestuous businesses relationships.
