I’m aware they are doing this, but don’t consider this a (big) problem. I personally don’t intend to change email hosts often, or ever if possible. As for mails I’m receiving, the number of contacts I have from there is negligible.
Also note that this is a non-issue when you’re using them to host mails for your own domain, which is also always an option at no extra cost.
