I noticed that on some upper case letters the top part is cut off. It only happens for some letters, like E, B and P, and it does not happen in every application. As an example I added a screenshot when using “Easy Effects”

I don’t know much about Nobara, but Easy Effects was recently updated to use qt. Maybe there’s an update to Easy Effects.
As for the actual issue, are you using any fractional scaling? That’s all I can think of off the top of my head (that GTK isn’t playing nice or respecting your system settings.)
