Motion blur always off, no exceptions.

Vsync always off, no exceptions.

I’m really curious why you would turn vsync off. I know in competitive gaming it can possibly be a detriment, but aside from a very tiny amount of delay what is the downside?

In my experience it causes a very large amount of delay in almost every game I have used it on. Even in a casual gaming setting it can make playing feel a lot worse.
