Do the new EU funds not cover at least 2026?
Funds don’t fight. War is the problem that you can’t solve by just throwing money at it. Money is a necessary but not sufficient condition.
Funds are help, no? Without them, 2026 looked very bleak. Of course there is more to it, but you have to start somewhere.
