Parasocial relationships can get pretty bad.
That looks more like a PronHub video than a YouTube video to me. No larasocial connection needed there.
I learned a while ago that there are “hypnotic affirmation” videos that people put on and this looks like one. They were suuuuper weird. Solid 8/10 weird

Looking constantly up is REALLY bad for your neck. Don’t place a monitor making you look up.
Nah, you have a big, up monitor for when you recline in your chair.
I had a setup similar to this for awhile (2 stacked monitors and a vertical one on the side)
It was pretty nice once I had my primary monitor as the bottom one, chat on the vertical one (or code, it varied), and typically music or something playing on the top one. The top monitor was my old gaming monitor with trash color accuracy and viewing angles, the side monitor was a dumpster find (had to fix it) with trash colors and good viewing angles, and the main monitor was a 27in monitor with great colors and great viewing angles.
Now I’ve just got 2 monitors, 1 42in 4k TV with great colors and the dumpster monitor from before (it still works so why replace it lol) both horizontal.
