The primary reason is to explore my actual life. You know, like I wanna watch myself being born in 3rd person view. I wanna watch my parent’s reaction to me being conceived. (I’ll skip the actual conceiving… that’s too weird lol).
Like I’d probably fast forward a lot, but I wanna like see what I was doing.
What the heck was I even doing as a kid, how did I even pass the time? I have snippets but its a very blurry memory with blackholes. How did I managed to like… just exist without internet?
Find missing pieces, lost memories.
Watching myself used to be able to just be… happy…
I might have a self-obsession, memory-obsession, something.
How much do y’all remember about yourself? Would y’all want to explore your own past with a hypothetical “chronoscope”?

I find time viewing interesting for thought experiments in part because time is intertwined with space. We are spinning around the center of the Earth, which is orbiting the sun, which is orbiting the galactic core. A time-only viewing machine that views past events at our present location will pretty much only observe the vacuum of space.
I mean that’s why you also use a telescope too xD
