Some things should be replaced or updated to improve performance. However, I don’t think Windows has ever done anything of the sort, I certainly can’t think of any examples since Vista.

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
