On his first day in office in January, President Donald Trump signed an order to end birthright citizenship, but the move was blocked by lower courts after it was challenged over its constitutionality.

So if they get rid of birthright citizenship then everyone who isn’t descendent from the white people who were here in 1776 are immigrants. Native Americans have their own nation so I don’t know how it works for them.
